2D Effects Animation

This project was an assignment in Advanced 2-D animation that required to animate different effects like fire, smoke, water and energy.  I took a great amount of time paying attention to the little details that make the effects seem believable. I found the water the hardest because it had to be just right to believe that rock had hit the water.

This project was a final in my 2D animation course where we had to create a short with all the components we had learned during the semester.

CG Model Animation

My dragon was part of a whole class project that had robots taking over the school. I learned a great deal about timing and animating in Maya, along with how to make the model appear a part of the live footage by having it reflect the world around it.
